Oriental Massage
Oriental bodywork therapy is based on an ancient healing system that focuses on the balances and movement energy. Hand and finger pressure is used to stimulate pressure points along the meridians of the body. No oils are used but the practitioner may apply liniments if needed.

Sports Massage
Based on Swedish massage, incorporating a wide range of techniques such as deep tissue, compression, cross fiber and trigger point therapy. Each sport and athletic event uses muscle groups in different ways. Therefore this therapy is designed to address those specific areas that are relevant to the individual’s athletic activity.

Stone Massage
This technique combines massage with the application of heated and cooled stones over the entire body, including the face, hands and feet. Due to this fact, the massage experience takes on an entirely different feeling than general hand massage. It invokes both a sensation of being a sedative as a result of the warmth and a revitalization from the contrasting cool.
